At The Andersons, we are taking actions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We ask that you, as a visitor to our site, join in our efforts to keep everyone – both visitors and employees – safe and healthy.
Please DO NOT enter our facility IF:
- You are sick, or you have any of the symptoms of the coronavirus, including fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.
We ask that all visitors be diligent in self-monitoring their health before, during and after their visit. - In the last 14 days, you have had contact with an individual with a suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19), or a person under monitoring for coronavirus.
- In the last 14 days, you travelled from, to or through any area which has reported a concentration of coronavirus cases or a location currently subject to lockdown (quarantine) measures by the United States Center for Disease Control (“CDC”) (including transiting through an airport in these locations), or you have been on a cruise ship.
If any of the above apply to you, please call or email your Andersons’ contact so that we can reschedule your meeting. For the health and safety of everyone at the facility, and to prevent potential exposure, do not come into our facility.
If all is well, please text or call your contact at The Andersons when you arrive, and before entering the facility, so that an appropriate location can be made ready for your visit. Each site has specific protocols which will be communicated to you by your contact at The Andersons; however, at a minimum, wash your hands frequently throughout your visit, and make liberal use of the hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes that you will find in our facilities. If there is a need to use tools, work stations or control panels used by others, please speak with your contact at The Andersons about how to maintain health hygiene in these areas. We have implemented social distancing, so please keep at least six feet of distance between yourself and other individuals on site or following facility specific health hygiene requirements.
We thank you in advance for your understanding, and for helping us keep everyone safe and healthy!
